By virtue of my fiduciary trust and in consideration of your acceptance of our offer, I hereby give you the authority to represent the sale of our property with an Agentโs Professional Fee of 3% (Three Percent) of the total price consideration, payable upon receipt of full payment from the buyer with the following terms:

- Buyerโs Account โ Capital Gain Tax, Transfer Tax, Documentary Stamps, Notarial and Registration Fees and other expenses to effect the transfer of the title
The Brokerโs Fee payment shall be exclusive to the procurement of a successful Buyer. Other services such as Documentation and Processing and other additional services shall be billed separately.
Should the sale be made or effected on modified terms or such other terms as may be accepted by me, you are likewise credited for the said sale and shall be given the above mentioned brokerโs fee based on the revised/agreed price immediately upon full payment of Buyer.
Should the buyer whose name you have duly registered with us via VERBAL, FORMAL WRITING or DIGITAL COMMUNICATION such as SMS, email, or online messaging successfully purchase our/my property, you shall be credited as the official Real Estate Agent for the sale and therefore, receive the 3% (Three Percent) Agentโs Fee upon full payment of the Buyer.
In case any Earnest Money or Down Payment shall be forfeited through the fault of the Buyer, the same shall be subjected to your Brokerโs Fee.
Should the sale payments be issued in instalments, the Brokerโs Fee shall also be issued following the same percentage per payment tier. (For example. 30% Down Payment received = 30% of Brokerโs Fee for issuance).
